Architectural Design

We focus on components or elements of a structure, and on covering and meeting the needs and demands to create living spaces using certain tools by combining technology and aesthetics.

Our architect in charge of the architectural design will work with space and elements to create a coherent and functional structure.

The first step of the design phase is the schematic design. The schematic design is where the architect gathers information on the needs, style and wants for the project and from there, they will create two or three design options for the client to review.

Interior Design

This is where we do the professional and comprehensive practice of creating an Interior environment that addresses, protects and responds to human needs.

Our work focuses on enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthy and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space.

Our Interior Designer plans, researches, co-ordinates and manages such enhancement projects by overseeing the design and coordination of the decorative elements of the interior of a house, apartment, office or other structural space including colour schemes, fittings, furnishing and sometimes architectural features.

We create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces by assessing space requirements, determining optimal furniture placement, and selecting decorative items, all while adhering to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.

Structural Design

We ensure that the structure to be constructed should serve the basic purpose for which it is to be used and that it can withstand all applied loads for the duration of its intended existence.

This means that the structure must be capable of giving protection to the occupants from the weather, natural hazards like flood, earthquake, storm, cyclones, noise, animals etc.

The design of structure is done in such a way that it gives a pleasant look and environment inside as well as outside.

Electrical design

The planning and designing of electrical system for a construction project includes the layout and design of all electrical components including wiring fixtures and equipment.

We give detailed information such as panel schedules, circuit designations, conduit routing, wire types and sizes, conduit types and sizes, switch and susceptible grades, and circuit breaker types so that we provide a safe energy efficient system that meets the client’s needs and is in compliance with codes. Life safety and the preservation of property are two of the most important factors we give extra emphasis on.

Quantity survey

We also do Construction Cost Consultation by estimating the cost of the materials and labour necessary for a construction job. We keep a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships and make sure that the financial position of the construction project is accurately reported and controlled effectively.

Project management

We do this by the process of leading the team to hit goals or complete deliverables within a set timeframe, using specific knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliver something of value to people.

It involves project documentation, planning, tracking and communication – all with the goal of delivering work successfully within the constraints of time scope and budget.

Construction

We put up, demolish, repair or renovate buildings or other structures,including fabrication of steel structures and all other civil works.

It involves the choice of technology, identification of work tasks, the estimation of the required resources and durations for individual tasks, and identification of any interactions among the different work tasks.

We understand that a good construction plan is the basis for developing the budget and the schedule for work.

Land survey

We help to map the legal boundaries and other features of a property that might be needed when it comes to solving any issues that might be brought up during real estate transactions.

It can also help find the stability of the land and decide and prepare a plan and the section of an area to be covered by the project. From these prepared maps and sections, the best possible alignment, amount of earthwork and other necessary details depending upon the nature of the project is calculated.
